Founded in January 2001, Wallace opened its first fast-food restaurant and now operates over 1,000 Wallace fast-food franchise locations of varying sizes. Wallace is the largest fried chicken and burger fast-food brand in Fujian Province and a well-known fast-food brand in China, recognized as the country's largest domestic Western-style fast-food enterprise.
In 2022, JET Technology established a partnership with Wallace, becoming an approved supplier. Currently, JET Technology's new-type spiral quick freezer is operating stably in Wallace's factories, consistently delivering efficiency and value to the business.
